Magnus Aschan, Chief Editor for TechWorld

09:20 Dare you miss a unique insight into the locked corridors of cyber crime, where movies does not even come close to what happens in reality? With 20 years at the FBI on high positions and with great experience of HRT, Hostage Response Team, Shawn Henry has a unique insight how the criminal world operates. He has applied this knowledge on how his company's works with cyber crimes and will share these experiences with you. Shawn has during his years at FBI has been involved in basically all known examples of heavy and mass media attention cybercrime in the U.S..
Shawn Henry - President Crowd Strike, former Executive Assistant Director at FBI

10:10 Next generation... sure, but let's fix this first? - As an industry we love to focus on the latest and most sexy attacks at the high end. Unfortunately this is often at the expense of fixing the fundamental problems and addressing widespread issues that leave our society, networks and devices open to trivial attack. James, with a session featuring live demonstrations and a collection of somewhat odd props will demonstrate how we need to practice pragmatism and the voice of reason... whilst showing what hackers get up to the fun way.
James Lyne, Director of Technology Strategy at Sophos

11:00 Coffee break

11:25 Are you tired of hearing about Stuxnet? Maybe, but did you know that within SCADA there are a lots of other examples that can and already has gone wrong. Mattias Wecksten will give you information how automation networks in general will affect you and your company, especially those of you that have started to think about BYOD. Your company printers may soon be the biggest threat...
Mattias Wecksten, lecturer in computer engineering with a specialization within IT forensics at Halmstad University

12:10 Lunch

13:00 We think no one has escaped the NSA debacle in the U.S. recently. Claudio has a unique understanding and insight into how an apparently nice and pleasant world begins to solve into something else both darker and more complex! Where you the "good guys" are forced to bring on new methods to stay ahead. FBI for example wants to legalize”back doors" in the internet operators and telecom companies, system and that is not all. Federal and other types of government agencies use "hackers" to find out information and be able to stop cyber crime. And there are even more, on a personal level, we who are the "normal" people are already being monitored and investigated. Cladio will give you the insight how it works and it is not a nice picture…
Claudio Guarnieri, Security Researcher at Rapid7 Claudio Guarnieri

13:50 The FBI and their lobbyists are pressuring the U.S. government to apply a law that allows the bureau to distribute heavy fines to companies that do not create backdoors into corporate systems. Even if backdoors make these systems less secure and extremely attractive for other nations to attack. Especially since is widely known that major attacks are being sanctioned and conducted by government and highest official and authorities in virtually all countries of the world. It's like tempting bees with honey. Meanwhile, we are often afraid of what China is doing, but shouldn't we be as concerned about the actions of the U.S. and other nations?
Christopher Soghoian, is the Principal Technologist with the Speech, Privacy and Technology Project at the American Civil Liberties Union

14:40 Coffee break

15:05 Max Goncharov, Senior security Virus Analyst, TrendMicro. Speakers subject TBA .

15:55 Conclusion and wrap up!
Magnus Aschan, Chief Editor for TechWorld

We will send out a survey in August to collect your questions - both about the topic and more specific questions to each speaker.

Some word from the Editor in Chief why you should attend It is dangerous to relax and become blunt. Every day we read and hear that black hat hackers and
large anonymous groups of cyber criminals destroy and harass businesses and individuals online. So
it is not the time to hide your head in the sand and think "it does not affect us.” We all
need to continue to educate ourselves about what we can do to protect us and our business!

The simple truth is that with the right knowledge and tools you can and will protect yourself and your
business. You just have to get them and get them NOW. The only reason not to go to Next
Generation Threat is if your company have removed all Smartphone’s and no longer use the Internet
at all and have thrown out the computers for the benefit of pen and paper. The point is that the
threats are real, and they're here now.

Hear our experts. Inform yourself. And get ready to act.
